I’ve gotten this to open once and it never has again. Just freezes on the Home Screen then does nothing.

Glitchy
Very glitchy. It has been telling me for over a week now when I try to open the app that there is a new update. But when I click on the update button, it takes me to the app in the App Store and there’s no update there. My only option is to try to open the app again so I’m stuck in a vicious circle. I contacted support and they were no help at all so I give up
