Applied Research by Applied Cognition, Inc is a clinical research smartphone application that serves as a companion to our IDE device intended for use in clinical studies. The purpose of this app is to support clinical study enrollment, participant consent, device setup and management. Applied Research is intended solely for the purposes of clinical research and any information collected by this application is protected health information covered by HIPAA. The use of this app requires prior consent and approval to participate in studies authorized for use by Applied Cognition, Inc. Please note that if you have NOT consented to participate in a clinical research study requiring the Applied Research app and have not signed appropriate consent forms, please refrain from using this application and consult your study admin for more information.
