Disaster Ready AZ

The Arizona Disaster Ready Program is pleased to roll out a free app for all skilled nursing facilities in Arizona. This app is designed to help facilities organize their disaster information, have one place to access important documents in the case of an emergency, and enhance emergency response compliance. The app is funded by the Department of Health Services Hospital Preparedness Grant.
