Sensable Health provides a 26-week weight loss program that has a uniquely balanced scientific and personalized approach. This program is designed with the belief that sustainable weight loss can only be achieved by addressing individual biology, hormones, metabolism, health and habits. We help people scientifically and intelligently lose weight in long term.
Our Program is designed around the scientifically proven concept of “set point,” a metabolism regulator that we all have, which keeps our weight steady. Sensable Health begins with a baseline questionnaire, lab testing and setting up your devices (Fitbit watch or Apple Watch and Fitbit scale). Then, you will begin a 2-week baseline period, to see how you function on a daily basis in the four Domains of Nutrition, Activity, Sleep, and Stress. This information will be used to develop a personalized weight loss approach over the next 26 weeks. Each participant will start with one Domain (say Nutrition) for 5 weeks, then add another Domain (say Activity) for another 4 or 5 weeks, until you are engaged in all 4 Domains. Staying on track with the program will allow you to attain long-term, Sensable results.
