Doesn’t work half the time
You’d think an app in charge of managing your personal packages would strive for 100% uptime but not BlueBox. Will often completely break for many days at a time and you won’t be able to get your packages. At least they stopped forcing you to watch a 16 second add each time you opened the app! this is clearly run by someone who wants money without providing service

Very hard to use
I can’t even make an account after several attempts over several weeks. Nobody in my building is actually using it from what I can tell.
