Did multiple months in advance, never got my medication, never got any help. Constantly emailed and just was told thanks for your patience. This is multiple of hundreds of dollars gone with zero help or inclination that I will get the medication or my money back. This has been over a month now.

After searching several apps and discussing options with my friends(recommended by my friend first), I chose the Found app. I was able to enter my health information easily, and I got a doctor’s appointment scheduled for the very next day. Before the appointment, I uploaded my health report and blood test results, and by the time we met, the doctor had already reviewed everything. The doctor Esti then prescribed the medication that was most appropriate for me. The insurance review took about three days, and it was finally approved. The doctor also did an excellent job following up throughout the process. I signed up for a six-month membership, and I’m really excited about it. If possible, I would love to continue beyond that. Thank you, Found — the smooth process and clear, appropriate guidance made the approval happen quickly.
