The first is gratitude. Practicing gratitude—in a grounded way—has clear mental health benefits.
The second is a slow, audio-based connection with a different user each week. This format is meant to be a nourishing alternative to the overwhelm of traditional social media.
That’s it. We have no interest in maximizing “engagement.” You are limited to interacting only with your match during a given week. No pictures, no followers, no profiles, no endless content.

Great App - More Followup
The app itself is great, but as it grows, so does the lack of followups and acknowledgement from users that they have listened to messages. My last 5 pairings had started conversations and never checked back to read my responses or acknowledge them. The point of the app is to connect with others in gratitude. It’s disheartening to be left hanging so often. I think I will go back to speaking gratitude to myself.
