Could be a lot better
This app is fine but has a lot of useless functionality. There’s so many ways to get directions and track bike rides in other apps that do it really well. I wish they’d simplify this app down to the basics like syncing data from the bike and maybe more customization of how the bike works. It doesn’t seem like you can update the firmware. I’d love the ability to change the relative level of pedal assist for the 3 levels. 1 has a bit too much oomph for me. I want a .5 would be cool to be able to customize this in the app.
Bad request
After several tries (got bad request) I finally was able to register myself. To register the bike is impossible as I am only getting a "bad request" response. The bike itself is cool but kind of flimsy. Overall not satisfied.
Doesn’t sync bike data
It’s kind of useless to have this app. Also can’t change from kilometers to miles.
Terrible App
The app is basically useless for anything other than the navigation. Rides are not recorded unless you press go which if you use the navigation then still doesn’t record. The faq’s and help are minimal or for the wrong bike. And the registration requires all personal info even though it’s indicated that some fields are not required
Account not recognized
Despite having a confirmation of an account with Tenways’ web site, the mobile app prevents me from logging in with a message saying, “account not recognized.” At the moment I am unable to use the app. Hopefully the app will be up and running soon.
