I only review products I’ve used consistently for at least 1 year. I was frustrated when I first downloaded it because the age font is small enough that I couldn’t get it to adjust. I worked that out after a few tries. My first few readings were high, these were taken without exercising, but when I took it during or immediately after a workout I found that it gave me a relatively close, although a bit low, reading. It has to be tight on my wrist to work properly. I now take 4-5 readings throughout the day with at least two during my workouts, then I average the results. For a free app I thinks it’s a great tool when used properly. Don’t expect to get a highly accurate reading from it, the technology just isn’t there yet, however using this beats paying thousands of dollars a year and cumbersome equipment to get a daily vo2 max reading.
