Great beginner app
I just started out in Qi gong. I looked through an app and there weren’t many I got this app at first I thought it was too slow, but I was completely wrong. It’s very comprehensive and adaptive share practice and it teaches you fundamentals in the beginning so you have a good foundation to grow your practice. Would recommend to anyone especially new qi gong practitioners.

App does not work
I cant get the app to work, when I click on a program it opens with everything layered one on top of the other and looks fuzzy. Can’t do anything else after that, have to completely exit and reload the app. Does this over and over again. Hopefully developers can fox this issue.
