Great App, Minor Bugs Interrupt Workout
I am super happy with the Sparta Move app and the program. It keeps me accountable and motivated to go to the gym. I do have some minor bugs that have interrupted my workouts and cause me to be slightly frustrated. I have seen some app crashes, quite often when I press “Continue” during a session it doesn’t do anything, and worst of all when I am able to continue a workout it will go to the previous set of exercises I already did and not the one I am trying to do. I really like the setup. But the hiccups are taking away from the ability to keep going with the workout and I have to re-launch the app or press a bunch of buttons to get back to where I need to be. I have always been able to continue and get the workout done, just with some minor interruptions. Also. Would be awesome if when playing the video examples that it didn’t exit/pause my Spotify music. I have to switch apps to press play again once the videos plays. Otherwise. Great experience! Love the structured plans.
