Trying to Join but can’t get past sign up?
I’m interested in visiting and joining snap fitness however the online information is pretty elusive and I couldn’t find much there about how to even start the free trial it advertises. I was hoping to find more information in the app but can’t even get past creating an account because I can’t enter a home base location therefore I can’t proceed with my account. After reading other reviews on this app this appears to be a commonly experienced bug that’s been going on for at least 2 YEARS? I’m confused as to why it hasn’t been fixed by now and definitely off put about the whole gym itself. Was excited to try it out but now a little hesitant since the gym doesn’t seem to be new member friendly.

Buggy
The first couple times I tried using to track custom workouts, the screen refreshed and the workout log would close and take me back to the home screen. No saves, no resume progress, just plain quit right in the middle. FIGURED IT OUT *amd this is for developers* This bug is from to screen rotation, that is when phone shifts between landscape and portrait mode, quite often this app does a 100% refresh. By disabling screen rotation, I am guaranteed not to lose any log progress
