It gives you as a first responder tools you need to stay safe, effective, and aware.
RESPONDER SAFETY

Map needs work
There are “ghost” units on the map causing me to manually refresh the map constantly

Poor Design & Layout
The information is not displayed in an easy to read format. The app lags causing users to have to resync to see updated data. The app logs out too often and doesn’t offer push notifications. I often find that I can walk back to my car and use my computer faster than I can fight with the app. It could be a great tool, but it needs major improvements.
