Shortly before your chosen wake up time - while you are still dreaming and before you even open your eyes - your chosen wake up track begins to play quietly.

Your brain operates at Delta wave frequency as you wake up. Rise & Shine takes advantage of your waking moments to enhance your sense of emotional wellbeing, focus, happiness and more.

Positive affirmations and guided meditations spoken by professional narrators and hypnotherapists are spoken over gradually uplifting music to gently wake you gently from your sleep.

Visualisation techniques and metaphors are embedded in the soothing audio, along with inspiring instructions, easily implanted suggestions and powerful techniques so you wake up feeling great.



*IMPORTANT*

Ensure your phone is plugged in to charge overnight, and your WiFi is on.

Rise & Shine app is designed to stay open, to stop your phone going into lock mode.

There are a small number of reasons that phone software could interrupt the Rise & Shine app while you sleep, (such as a system update) and this may result in a failed alarm.

We strongly recommend setting a back up alarm, set for 10 mins after your Rise & Shine wake up time, using your phone’s native alarm app.
