Doesn’t connect
It lets me log in, then screen goes blank. Support requests a book report in order to respond. My understanding that this app is for them to see how often we’re using. So oh well, no data for you then

Terrible Functionality
Needed to get replacement device due to the first one malfunctioning. I cannot use the new device because you can only have 1 device linked per account and there is no way to remove the old device from my account. I cannot link the new device to a different account under a different email address because the device is permanently linked to my old email address. How can this be overlooked? I cannot use the device I paid for and customer service has not offered a solution after dozens of emails asking for assistance.
