About ODIN Collaborator
The ODIN Collaborator app is part of the ODIN Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) and allows non-sworn outreach personnel to make service referrals, check temporary housing availability, and “check in” a homeless person to a temporary housing facility.
Sworn officers and first responders should not use this app. They should use the ODIN IMS Supervision mobile application.
Homeless and displaced persons should not use this application. They should use the ODIN Client mobile application to acquire access to services, coupons, vouchers, and information regarding services available in their area.
