Tibetan Shesa or Honorific signifies respect, politeness and gentleness while communicating with others. Speaking shesa or honorific way implies that the person speaking is usually polite, gentle and good natured. Tibetan Shesa or honorific is naturally calm, sweet spoken language. It is like a jewel. Having good nature results in a calm and happy mood. Even people will notice that the person speaking in shesa ( honorific ) is sweet and respectful. So people will automatically accept the person easily without any doubt in their mind.

Communicating in honorific language implies that the person knows how to give respect and how to communicate. If the person doesn’t talk in shesa then naturally people will consider him or her disrespectful. People who speaks in shesa generally sound charming and people tend to give more heed to that person. It also looks good to the eyes of other people.

And these days, many youngsters does not know how and when to use honorific language during conversations with elder or younger people. And moreover, many people does not even know how to speak at all. So this led me to think and work on this project for the benefit of the society as a whole.
