Hello! I’m having the same I can’t log in to the mobile app at all and when I try online using my lap top, there is a banner across the password part so I can’t log in there either! What is going on!?! Help please!

BLANK PURPLE SCREEN!!!!
For the last two months, I have not been able to log into my account on my iPhone. I sent an email and just received a automated response. I was never contacted with a direct response to my problem!! There are projects that I would like to apply for, but I am unable to do so because of the problem with the mobile app!!! PLEASE HELP!!!!!
