Underwriting has very late response .
I only work with them one month and they have a factoring limit for 3 trucks 80,000 only, they do not reply back to you . I reached out to them to increase the limit. they haven’t got back to me till five hours. And they won’t increase your limit and they want you to call brokers and release the payment so that’s how they can provide more space for factoring . So at the end, I have to go with other factoring company. And their customer service is not really nice because they can do anything so lastly, when it was time to buyout by other factory they didn’t reply for six hours . Yeah this is true. They pay your invoice within 15 minutes to 30 minutes . Be careful . Thanks
