Is it functional? Sure, it gets the job done. But for an auction company who prides itself at being a leader nationwide, the app glitches a lot. Several things: Going page to page, you can’t click to the next page, you have to scroll down far enough and it automatically refreshes to the next page. Also, if you’re bidding on something and the item gets taken down and doesn’t get sold (yes that happens), then those items are stuck in your ‘bid on’ page and can’t get them off. Trying to bid and it wants me to sign in and I’m signed in already but don’t see where it wants me to verify my password. Jaunt user friendly. Needs som improvement .

Upgrade was a down grade

I’ve used this app for many years. It seems that every update to the app makes it worse. It started out just fine. Simple to use and easy to search. Then the first update to the current style made it frustrating to use and hard to search. This current version freezes up all the time and has holes where popup screens should be promptings you to validate your password. It’s gotten worse with every update.
