Need to change name - platform won’t let me
This seems like a fine social media platform and I love that the focus is health. But - I realized my name has a typo 🙄. The Edit Profile won’t let me edit my own name!! In the Edit Profile!! That does not bode well to me. Typing on a phone is rife with typos. So - how do I change the spelling of my name??! I tried to use the Contact Us on the app to ask how to change the spelling of my own name and wrote it all out three times and got error message saying something went wrong while submitting my request and to check my connection…while the app was running a video in the background 2 of those time so clearly I have a good connection. I am super frustrated. Contacting the App folks for technical assistance is such a basic function I can’t believe it doesn’t work. This is not a good introduction to this social media app. I am thinking I should just delete.
