The worst in Egypt
Too slow, too hard to open, transferring money is so hard, just one of the wires banking apps I have ever used. I’m switching all financial business in Egypt to another bank because of the difficulties I frequently encounter with this NBE App.

NBE is beyond incompetent
This is an awful app that has many issues unfortunately gives a bad rap to on line banking. The functionality is the least desirable from such big bank and worst, the technical support seems to be truly useless and absent when you need them the most. Does anyone care or follow up on these countless reviews?!
