I’m a PNP and decided to test out your app as many of my patients are using apps like this. The first medication I tried Augmentin I was unable to change the concentration from 250 mg/5ML to The more common 400 mg/5 or 600 mg/5. Also, with the Tylenol dosing, it doesn’t tell you how many md/kg/ dose the app is using as the calculation. The guidelines of Tylenol dosing are 10 to 15 mg/kg/dose so you’d have to calculate whether you are using the lower dose or higher dose. The app also doesn’t mention that you should not use more than five doses of Tylenol in a 24 hour timeframe. I will not be recommending this app to my patients.

Azithromycin is 10mg/kg for most infections but 12mg/kg for Strep pharyngitis. It would be helpful and would great maximize the use of this app if we had a choice of choosing the concentration. I like some of the sets
