FAQ's
You don't see all the possible functions in the app? That's because the washMaster is modular and operators can each put together the functions independently according to their needs. Therefore, if you miss a function, contact your washMaster operator.
Does your cleaner also do your laundry? Do you host Airbnb guests or let your kids do the laundry sometimes? No problem, your washMaster account can also be combined with an additional RFID card. The corresponding cards can be obtained from your washMaster operator. Then send an e-mail to support@schulthess.ch to link the card to your washMaster account.
Is the washMaster not yet available in your laundry room, laundromat, etc.? Send a request to sales@schulthess.ch and we will contact the relevant operator.

Terrible app
I hate this app. It is extremely frustrating to use and not user friendly whatsoever. You should not have to add denominations of 10 franc to top off your balance to do one load of laundry. It is insane. I was only staying here for 5 weeks and I would have much rather paid by the load. Such a waste of money. Also why is it called “reserve washer” when you are starting a load of laundry. The phrasing is really confusing. Moreover if the machine has a problem and I get a notification saying “there is a problem with washing please try again” I should be given a refund!!!! This happened last time and my laundry was soaking wet and was still covered in soap bubbles. And then I couldn’t even open the door and the unlock button wasn’t working. I eventually figured it out and I decided to use the dryer for once and it did absolutely nothing for the price!!! My clothes were still dripping wet after 2 hours. The dryer just warmed them up. I am never using WashMaster ever again. Thanks for nothing. So dissatisfied with this app.
