I want(ed)to love Portland gear. Placed 2 orders same day for total around $400. Was trying to add a different address for shipping as the one order is a gift to someone in California and I live in Illinois. It would not let me change address and automatically put order through with my address! There is no way to contact a live person at Portland gear or at the Shop app where you auto send the orders. No customer service? I’m baffled and disappointed. No birthday gift to my friend . My order is also messed up and no recourse?? I have written to Shop and to Portland Gear . Was assured the address was changed and order on way. But invoice shows it was sent to my address.
