Often get reminders that information is out of synch. Other apps are user friendly and idiot proof.

This app is truly a terrible experience. Not only is CVS requiring me to download and use this app to approve my prescription (seems like a conflict of interest). But the app sends me messages on the same day that are conflicting messages. It is glitchy and slow. You can connect it to your Apple health app and have it update your activity and it’ll still send you a message that you haven’t exercised lately. Even though it shows on another screen that it has updated all of your exercise. If you’re going to force your garbage app on those that are forced to use your prescription insurance, at least make the app better than a first gen, early 2000s app. It’s giving trash.
