Start your workout and the WOC interval timer starts automatically: the only timer that saves you time! It constantly informs you of the stage you are at: current exercise, next exercise, repetitions, weight, rest time, real-time commentary... The only thing left to do is is to focus on your training!
At the end of your workout, find your activity history in the Diary and consult your weekly, monthly or annual progress.

As we can all have a little lack of inspiration, you'll find the workouts shared by other users in the new Share section of the application. And if on the other hand you are overflowing with inspiration, share your own workouts.
AUDIBLE SIGNAL
Because the break time is made to rest and not to count the seconds remaining before the next set, the application now emits a sound signal during the last 5 seconds of the break time in order to prepare you for the next exercise.
FAST WORKOUT
Launch a single exercise outside of a more complete workout: enter the number of series, repetitions, weight, break time... and get started!
