App I SUPER buggy. My first time creating an account I was told my birthdate was wrong. Each time I or someone I know contact them we get diff info. I was told that absolutely everyone with Florida blue can use this app, even in the regions where Sanitas doesn’t exist in person, but was refused unless I go into the office. I was told by a colleague who tried to use it with a PPO that she had to pay an urgent care visit bc she didn’t have them selected as her primary…. On a PPO
