I have been using this app for 4 weeks, $7 trial. I just commented to the 6 months plan. I have been working out at home for 5 years and writing and searching for my daily routine. I’ve had this app for 2.5 years This app makes it so incredibly simple that i feel guilty NOT working out. 4 programs, all to get stronger - no false advertisement or fluff from the company owner. Just pure genuine training and support and resources. You get a schedule set up for you 2weeks at a time so it’s not overwhelming. Same workout 2 weeks in a row. Then it switches. You can move them around easily so you can cater your schedule, and the tracking for amount of sets, reps and weight is perfect. STUPID SIMPLE which is what I want! there’s no time to enter all the fancy details when you have a strict time frame to get it done. This app also est the time each workout should take so you don’t have to guess. The workouts are great and real and not fluff from a fake fitfluencer to make money off your vanity. The app is great, maybe had one glitch in 2.5 years? Wasn’t a big deal and was prob just my own phone. Good program and good app!
