--- Stages ---
Each stage contains 20 pre defined levels. These levels are slowly increasing in difficulty. The goal is to complete all levels in a stage and advance to the next stage.
--- Record ---
Beat your own record by doing as many pushups as you can without taking a break. 5 Seconds without pushup ends the game.
--- 30 Days ---
The goal of 30 days is to steadily increase the amount of pushups you can do. The amount of pushups per day are based on the amount of pushups you do on day 0.
--- Time Attack ---
Select a time and challenge yourself to beat the record. You can take as many breaks as you want and there is no 5 second rule in this mode. There are some challenging records already set for you to beat.
--- Custom ---
Want to finish off your chest workout by doing 3 sets of 20 reps with 1 minute rest in between? Or maybe you would like to do 10 sets of 10 reps with 30 seconds rest? Build your own level in this mode to fit your skill level.
