Splits fell off the network and won’t reconnect
Look at how poor the reviews for this product are and save yourself the headaches, DON’T BUY THIS PRODUCT. The device fell off the WiFi network and isn’t reconnecting. I looked in the app and the FAQ and there doesn’t appear to be any mention on how to restore functionality. I tried contacting support and still haven’t heard back from over a week ago. BUYER BEWARE!

Horrific
I had to first make an account, and verify my email. But then to control my AC unit, I need to connect it to my Wi-Fi router. Why does my AC need Wi-Fi access? I should be able to use it with a simple Bluetooth connection. I’ll have to buy a new remote.
