Useless app, nonexistent customer support

Can’t set up the app because during setup it automatically assigns me a country code from who knows where. For some stupid reason they’ve disabled the ability to manually enter one’s country code, so I can’t fix it. Tried chatting with customer support in LINE, they just sent me a link to download the app and went silent. Completely useless. This was at a charging station at a mall we visit weekly, so they would’ve been getting money from me every week, but apparently they don’t care. So typical.
