great cause, a few suggestions
great merge game for a great cause, no “we’re planting Trees ™ Somewhere”, we know exactly what the project is and where and why. as far as gameplay, the only actual frustration I have is that leveling up refills your energy but it doesn’t overflow, so you effectively lose any energy that you already had. for the introductory segment it allowed for overflow, which makes this feel really strange. please add an ability to overflow energy when you level up, or allow us to wait to accept the level up—It’s very annoying when I forget to check how much xp i need to level and accidentally waste energy, especially because it’s easy to level when you use items. also, a built in dictionary/recordbook of what items you’ve gifted to what creature would be super nice! that way you don’t have to write things down elsewhere.
