I purchased a bag on the app. Despite the shipping being int express i didn’t receive a tracking number even after 4 days . I followed up via email and was told my bag wasn’t in-stock and that they have a similar color in stock. Would I have ever found out if I did t follow up ? I accepted that replacement bag. It took them 4 days to reply. 10 days later still no shipping confirmation. I expect better customer service from a luxury boutique. I read sub par reviews but you don’t think it’ll happen to you.
