We all know the common gratitude practices of "writing five things down you are grateful for." We are taking a slightly different approach. This app tries to make recent scientific findings of how gratitude affects our brain usable in our day-to-day lives.

PRACTICE
Learn how to practice gratitude with a new science-based approach and experience the effects on your well-being. The app guides you through creating a personalized gratitude story that you can use to practice it effectively. With short reading sessions, you can recreate similar emotions that you had experiencing your story for the first time.

REMEMBER
We all experience many moments where we are grateful for something, or someone else is thankful for something we did. With a simple note function, you can keep track of all the gratitude around you.
