Unusable.
The app doesn’t even recognize my login credentials even though I have a PRO member account.

Purchases don’t show up
I had a store account, hadn’t shopped there in a while and they told me they now have this app. I downloaded and had an issue with my purchase showing up as points on the app. I called the store and they told me to reboot my phone. I did and the points showed up. Went to the store again and made two separate purchases and again they did not show up on my account. I tried the reboot and it did not work. I reached out for help from support and am waiting to hear back. This lack of basic functionality makes this problematicly sticky and time consuming compared the previous way of tracking points, not to mention disappointing.
