App Literally Doesn’t Work
I’ve tried numerous times to create and account and it just says “Loading…100%-0 seconds remaining”. It’s literally frozen and not useable.

Why have an app that doesn’t work?
All I can say is this app did not work well to start with, and now it won’t even open. If the app doesn’t work, it’s a bad app. Doesn’t take a rocket scientist. Not that, taxes are due to be filed the day after tomorrow and I can no longer access my W-2.
