Migrate® is a FREE Real Estate app that gives you a permanent connection with your neighbors using new privacy technology. Residents are verified which provides anonymity that you are talking to your closest neighbors or potential neighbors.

For neighbors: Reach out and welcome diversity into your neighborhood by chatting with current neighbors to find a sense of belonging from a neighborhood. This is very compelling for buyers to help find a home where they feel welcome!

For buyers: Your Migration contracts a full service Realtor to market you, show you homes and make offers on houses. Any buyer can create a search and be reversed search by any neighbor or owner who may want to sell you a house not on the market.

For Sellers: You can search buyers for free or purchase a Migration Contract for a full service Realtor to sell your house. Your agent, for a monthly fee, can market your listing to your local MLS which syndicates to all real estate websites. Use the app to change listing photos or get access to all of your real estate documents at any time.

For Real Estate Brokers: All Realtors are eligible to become a Migrate® Partner. Migrate partners verify neighbors and can list buyers on Migrate®.
