Seazen Resources is the member of Seazen Group Limited ("Seazen"), a listed company on the Main Board of Stock Exchange of Hong Kong with stock code of 1030. Headquartered in Shanghai, Seazen together with its subsidiaries, including Seazen Holdings Co., Ltd., a Shanghai A-share listed company with stock code of 601155 (the “Seazen Group”), are principally engaged in property development (including residential, commercial, and mix-used properties) and commercial properties management since 1993.

Seazen Resources is principally engaged in providing securities brokerage service, debt and equity capital markets underwriting and bookrunners service, asset management service, and money lending service in Hong Kong. Seazen Resources is also a licensed money lender in Hong Kong and it is mainly providing secured loans (including mortgages), personal loans, and corporate loans to small to medium-sized companies.
