Things to consider before selecting Elephant Insurance
They are closed on the Weekends. I was trying to get a Loaner Car this weekend and they had a System Maintenance scheduled on a Saturday all day long. I was NOT able to get help from a live representative or able to access to my IDCard!! What would you do if you get pulled over and unable to pull up your Insurance information? because these idiots scheduled a all day long System Maintenance! We drive everyday, we should be able to access to our own Vehicle Insurance IDCard anytime!!! UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!

App tells me to update, but App Store doesn’t tell me it needs one. It says functioning will improve if I update. It continues to shut down.
