Where did the idea

Two lovers windsurfing and paragliding a bit lazy who wanted to see if it was worth leaving home to practice their favorite sport...

Friends, wives offspring who want to help ... and lots and lots of time, money, sweat and effort for a beautiful project that interests, informs and already appeals to a wide audience!
