Connected with the otoscope device through wifi, the real-time stream in the ear canal can be displayed on the mobile device, and the "ear clean" can be easily enjoyed with the silicone ear spoon. Won’t connect

Just received the device from Amazon. Have followed all instructions, looked for troubleshooting instructions, have spent an hour with the device with no success. Have been able to repeatedly connect to the device’s WiFi network. The app will ask if I want to join. The blue light on the device will stop flashing and go solid. The app will show its trying to connect, and then stops. The app never recognizes that the device is connected. It seems that the device is working, but the app is defective. That’s just a guess. I’m going to return it to Amazon. That’s a shame, because it seems like it’s a nice device and it’s almost there, but without a connection, it’s useless.
