About Trident Mindset
Trident Mindset is a mental toughness and mental health training program created by Navy SEALs and neuroscientists that teaches proven tactics for reducing stress, increasing happiness, and thriving during adversity.

Trident Mindset teaches 12 proven tactics that will help you be calm, effective, and happy no matter what life throws at you: micro-goals, focus, breath control, intentionality, choosing the wrench, stoicism, discipline, meditation, mindfulness, flipping the script, self talk and visualization. Through concise daily lessons, practice exercises, and check-ins, you'll learn to master all 12 tactics.
The program begins with the Mindset 101 Course - a 12-day course that introduces you to 1 of the 12 mindset tactics each day.
Then you'll advance to the 12-month Mindset Mastery Course. Each month teaches you to master 1 of the 12 tactics. Each day of the month includes a 5-minute lesson, practice exercise, and check-in that teaches you something new about that month's tactic. We spend a month on each tactic, so you have time to turn the tactic into a lasting habit before you move on to the next one.
We believe life should be spent being happy. But it can be hard to find happiness amidst all the adversity and challenge we face in life. In our careers, we were fortunate to learn a set of tactics that helped us be calm, effective, and happy no matter what was going on. These tactics proved themselves in the laboratory, on the battlefield, and everywhere in between. Learning these tactics changed our lives profoundly, so we're now dedicating our lives to teaching them to everyone.
