Promising, but has issues
This looks like the perfect app for canned replies in a support environment, but I can’t make it respond to text formatting changes. It seems to change the text style just fine, but it won’t let me change from the default 12-point size, or change parts of my text to bold, italic, etc. Lots of promises but the font problems are a showstopper for me. If this gets resolved, I’ll subscribe to it.
