App is useless - features not available
Technical team unaware / unwilling / unable to address the issues. So odd that they are so incompetent!

Payment button unresponsive
This app has potential but it’s glitchy. I’m trying to change from monthly “cash” payments to debit order. I enter all details and then press the “pay” button or whatever and it does nothing… tried multiple times. I can’t get any luck either on a web browser.

APP does not work
This app is terrible, you cannot get any billing information, even billing on the website does not work. What is the point of having online tools that do not work and cannot provide the information you require. Billing is supposed to be available on the 10th of the month, however not there. No customer focus and a total waste of time.

Yes can see alittle bit Logging a query on app does not log it Testing internet from app useless as its triple verification is to much and cant get answer i need . Total useless app
