App disconnects
The app has to pair with the device each time the app is used. If I leave home and return, the app can’t find the device again until it pairs again.

So close
There are so many things that I like about this app, but the one issue I have overshadows all of them. Some sounds that are working perfectly will just suddenly begin to pause for a few moments. I have had almost 10 sounds do this now and they are unusable at this point. It will just suddenly stop making any sound before picking back up. It wakes me up every time. This isn’t a plug or connection issue, it is just the sounds themselves. It’s been going on for months with no fix. Very disappointing

Almost Perfect!
I use my Cocoon Pro to go to sleep every night—The two main issues I’m having is that my favorite sound: Deep White Noise would suddenly pause at random intervals and I would instantly wake up from the silence. The other sounds seem to work well though. Another thing is that I wish I could change to bluetooth mode from the app. Other than that I am happy

Cuts out
Had my cacoon pro since new years, it is now April and cuts out and turns back on multiple times and wakes me up. I absolutely despise this machine - just stick with a fan.

I’ve had this sound machine a few months. Was great but recently it started stopping every couple minutes then comes back on. Annoying and defeats the purpose of a sound machine. Please fix.
