Beginners welcome
Just took my third class ever at btone and while there is a learning curve. It was so great to know the instructor and the Toney's had my back. The teacher was on top of it with modifications and balance poles and great advice and the experienced Toney's next to me kept an eye out. What a great community. I'll be back.
