Unintuitive and Useless
Want to know how much the fare will be? Want to get information about GATRA routes, services, and schedules? The app will pretend to offer it to you, but you won’t get any of this information without creating an account. You can’t find simple answers to simple questions without having to give them all of your personal info. Public transit should not be this complicated. The clowns at GATRA should either just take contactless cards onboard or use the Charlie card like everyone else. Pathetic.
