How to Use the Be Happier App:
You simply tap on one of 4 easy buttons, only 2-8 times each day between waking up and going to sleep. The Be Happier app automatically and continuously measures your Happiness Score. The Happiness Score is a valid metric because it is objective and NOT based on judgment.
The 4 Buttons:
Happiness depends on what you do with your time at home, at work, at play and other times. The buttons are INVEST time (enjoy = more points), SPEND time (not enjoy = no points), WASTE time (harm = lose points) and SLEEP.
How to Increase Your Happiness:
Increase your Happiness Score through making changes in your daily life. An example of a small change is to listen to music on your way to work. An example of a big change is changing your place of work or even your occupation. The app BE HAPPIER forces you to make happiness decisions. An example of a medium change to choose to INVEST more time with family or friends instead of SPENDING or WASTING time doing other activities when you have a choice.
