Back to square one: AL501
The Smart lock works great, this app does control the lock well and I can see live video and the quality is great, night time as well. App is straight forward and I do like the layout, video quality, two-way audio and ease of setting passwords and finger prints. I would be recommending this product to all my friends as the device is great and there is no monthly charge for the app. 10/1/25 Update: recent update has fixed all my previous issues and I’m completely happy with this device and app service. 12/1/26 Update: the lock battery keeps dying but is actually charged, admin password does not work and cannot hard reset the device. It will not connect to the app anymore and does not lock. I wasted $300 on hardware that has no working software plus a buttload of issues since the September 2025 update.
